Invoice Creator 2011

Invoice Creator, is a small tool which enables Pre-Sales and Post-Sales to demonstrate and test various processes within the Document Lifecycle.

It allows the creation of "dummy" invoices for use with the document processes being tested, these invoices can either be printed to a printer - if testing a process for output management, such as PlanetPress or to a PDF file for testing capture processes.

The database includes 10,000 company names and addresses, and the tool allows the creation of invoices from 10 to 10,000 customers - choosen at random from the database. For these customers you can then specify the numbers of total invoices to produce up to 50,000 invoices. At least one invoice will be produced for each customer randomly selected, the remainder of your selected invoices will be created a random for each customer selected, so you will have a number of different invoices for each customer.

The number of line items on each invoice is also randomly selected from between 1 and 100 items, these are used as minimum and maximum entries and each invoice will have a random number of lines, keeping these values low, will produce single page invoices, higher maximum values will produce some multiple page invoices.
